• Tactis Sk8 Shop does its best to maintain the accuracy of the inventory items on our website.  There are times however, when delays in shipment can occur.  At those times we do attempt to notify the shopper so that they know what to expect from a delivery standpoint. 




• Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, TACTIS SK8 ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, TACTIS SK8 ships to most international locations including Canada and Mexico.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.




• International

• Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
  
  Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. TACTIS SK8 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.




• Return Policy

• You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). TACTIS SK8 reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

   

  All Products

  Non-defective products may be returned for store credit or exchanged if the item is unopened in a condition that allows for resale.  All returned items must be unused, in new condition.  Due to limited stock, a replacement product may not be available and can not be guaranteed.

  Your item(s) must be returned with shipping pre-paid.  TACTIS SK8 SHOP must receive returns within 30 days of the customer receipt date.  Store credits will be provided.  All orders shipped with free freight discount, and returned for store credit will be charged the original shipping fees.  All refused packages will be refunded in full, less shipping charges.

  Tactis Sk8 Shop does its best to stock exactly what is pictured on the site but in some cases, it is beyond our control.   Manufacturers will sometimes change the colors or logo's on products.  Colors may vary.  Tactis sk8 Shop will not be held responsible for items that may differ from image colors on this website.

• CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:  In the event that an order must be cancelled prior to shipping the product,  Tactis Sk8 Shop will provide the buyer with a Store Credit.
